  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium English cucumber, grated
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeeze out excess moisture), minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the tzatziki sauce.
  3. Let the cooked chicken rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces. Toss with the tzatziki sauce in a large mixing bowl.
