  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon
