- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, dill weed, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open each biscuit and spoon filling onto half of the biscuit; fold over to create a sandwich.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
