  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, dill weed, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Open each biscuit and spoon filling onto half of the biscuit; fold over to create a sandwich.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
