  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim brown ends, and halve them.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
