Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup active sourdough starter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (browned)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the active sourdough starter, flour, and milk to form a shaggy dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

  5. Tightly roll into a log shape and slice into 1-inch mini rolls.
  6. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Place rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
