  • 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 ripe pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut into chunks.
