  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Remove the silver skin from the ribs and pat them dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
