  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted. Remove from heat.
