  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Press wonton wrappers into each cup.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken with minced garlic until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour over cooked chicken and stir gently.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into each wonton cup and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until wontons are golden brown and crispy.
